LED Black Light LV Series [Stationary Type]

Adopts high-output UV-LED (made in Japan). The special heat dissipation design enables fanless high ultraviolet illumination. There is no decrease in illumination between fixtures when connected.

This is a groundbreaking black light developed from the perspective of a non-destructive testing manufacturer, contributing to improved inspection accuracy and long-term cost reduction. It features a reliable design that utilizes high-output UV-LEDs (made in Japan). The optical design employs patented technology used in exposure devices, achieving irradiation that cannot be replicated elsewhere. With a special heat dissipation design, it enables high ultraviolet illumination without a fan, preventing work stoppages due to cooling fan failures caused by filter clogging. Designed to eliminate illumination drop between fixtures, it considers use in long lines such as steel mills. You can combine it with LV-9 (9 LED lights), LV-18 (18 LED lights), and LV-24 (24 LED lights) using the same optical design for linked operation. LV-6 (6 LED lights) offers lower illumination but has initial cost advantages.
